Artículo 103
Se reconoce y garantiza el derecho a la propiedad privada en función social.
Se reconoce asimismo la propiedad intelectual y artística, por el tiempo y en la forma determinados por la ley.El subsuelo pertenece al Estado el cual podrá otorgar concesiones para su explotación.
